School Board and Leadership
The success of Kaizirege and Kemebos Schools is driven by a dedicated School Board and an experienced leadership team committed to providing quality education, strong governance, and the holistic development of every learner.
The School Board, under the leadership of Mr. Kagasheki, Chairman, and Mr. Bina, Assistant Chairman, provides strategic guidance and oversight to ensure that the school continues to uphold its mission, vision, and commitment to excellence. The Board works closely with the school management to promote sound governance, sustainable growth, and high educational standards.
The Director and Co-Director provide the overall vision and leadership of the institution. They oversee strategic planning, policy implementation, infrastructure development, financial management, and the continuous improvement of academic and administrative services. Their leadership ensures that the school remains focused on delivering quality education while meeting the needs of students, parents, and the wider community.
Our Headmasters are responsible for the day-to-day management of the school, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, student welfare, discipline, and the effective implementation of school policies. They work closely with staff, students, and parents to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
The Academic Masters coordinate all academic programmes across the school. They oversee curriculum implementation, examinations, lesson planning, continuous assessment, and the monitoring of students’ academic progress. They also provide professional guidance to teachers to maintain the highest standards of teaching and learning.
Together, the School Board, Director, Co-Director, Headmasters, Academic Masters, and the entire leadership team work collaboratively to uphold the values of Kaizirege and Kemebos Schools and to ensure that every learner receives an outstanding education in a nurturing and disciplined environment.
