Our Leadership

School Director

The School Director provides the overall vision and strategic direction of the institution. The Director oversees the school’s development, ensures that high standards of education are maintained, and works closely with the management team to achieve the school’s mission and long-term goals. Through effective leadership, the Director promotes innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement across all campuses.

Headmasters

The Headmasters are responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the school. They supervise academic programmes, student welfare, discipline, staff performance, and the implementation of school policies. They work closely with teachers, parents, and the wider school community to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Academic Masters and Mistresses

Our Academic Masters and Mistresses coordinate all teaching and learning activities within the school. They oversee curriculum implementation, lesson planning, examinations, continuous assessment, and academic performance. They also provide professional support to teachers and monitor students’ progress to ensure high academic standards are maintained.

Heads of Departments

Department Heads lead their respective subject departments by coordinating teaching programmes, mentoring teachers, managing learning resources, and ensuring effective delivery of the curriculum. They promote collaboration among teachers and continuously monitor academic quality within their departments.

Teaching Staff

Our qualified and dedicated teachers deliver high-quality education using learner-centred teaching methods. They guide students academically, mentor them personally, and encourage excellence, creativity, discipline, and leadership both inside and outside the classroom.

Non-Teaching Staff

Our non-teaching staff play a vital role in the smooth operation of the school. This team includes administrative personnel, accountants, librarians, laboratory technicians, ICT staff, matrons and patrons, nurses, cooks, drivers, security officers, cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance staff. Their commitment ensures that the school remains safe, clean, well-organized, and supportive, allowing students and teachers to focus on teaching and learning.
